As a former nursing assistant, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with multidisciplinary teams and witnessing first-hand the dedication, innovation, and humanity that define healthcare. Through Science and Beyond and the annual science competition, I hope to share that same sense of curiosity, responsibility, and excitement with a wider audience- both within the hospital community and beyond.

Meet the Presenter

Hi everyone! I’m Aleks, a first-year medical student at the University of Leeds and a trustee and presenter here at Radio Cherwell. I began this journey to share my passion for learning and medicine, and it has since grown into a wider commitment to public outreach and making science more accessible to all.
